In her more than 20-year career in finance, Henson has been a CFO at five biotech startups. In January 2021, she became the finance chief at Pardes Biosciences, Inc. Founded in 2020, Pardes is developing oral drug candidates to fight COVID-19. The company went public in late December through a SPAC, earning approximately in gross proceeds.
