BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- PAREXEL International Corporation (the “Company” or “PAREXEL”) (NASDAQ:PRXL) today announced that West Street Merger Sub, Inc. (“Merger Sub”), an affiliate of Pamplona Capital Management (the “Investor”), formed in connection with the previously announced proposed acquisition of the Company by certain investment funds affiliated with the Investor pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of June 19, 2017 (the “Merger Agreement”), by and among the Company, West Street Parent, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and Merger Sub (the “Merger”), intends to offer $720 million in aggregate principal amount of its Senior Notes due 2025 (the “Notes”), subject to market and other conditions. Merger Sub intends to use the net proceeds from this offering, together with borrowings under the Company’s new term loan facility and cash equity contributions by certain investment funds
