NEW YORK, Sept. 13, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Presidio, Inc. (NASDAQ:PSDO) (together with its subsidiaries, “Presidio” or the “Company”), a leading North American IT solutions provider delivering Digital Infrastructure, Cloud and Security solutions to create agile, secure infrastructure platforms for middle-market customers, announced today that it closed its previously announced repurchase of 10,750,000 shares of its common stock from affiliates of funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, LLC for aggregate consideration of approximately $160 million. To fund the repurchase, Presidio today entered into an amendment to its existing credit agreement, pursuant to which it incurred $160.0 million of new incremental term loans on terms substantially identical to the existing term loans outstanding under its credit agreement (except with respect to issue price).
