NEW YORK, Jan. 7, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Ready Capital Corporation (NYSE: RC) ("Ready Capital" or the "Company") today announced that the underwriters of its recent public offering of 6,000,000 shares of common stock have fully exercised their option to purchase an additional 900,000 shares of common stock, bringing the total net proceeds from the offering to approximately $105.2 million, after discounts. The issuance of the additional shares closed on January 7, 2020.Morgan Stanley, UBS Investment Bank, Wells Fargo Securities, and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, A Stifel Company, acted as the joint book-running managers for the offering. A registration statement relating to the shares was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on July 27, 2017.
