NEW YORK, Nov. 25, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Ready Capital Corporation (NYSE: RC) ("Ready Capital" or the "Company") today announced that it priced an underwritten public offering of $45.00 million aggregate principal amount of 6.20% senior notes due 2026 (the "new notes"). The new notes will have the same terms (except with respect to issue date, issue price and the date from which interest will accrue) as, will be fully fungible with and will be treated as a single series of debt securities as, the 6.20% senior notes due 2026 the Company issued on July 22, 2019 in an aggregate principal amount of $57.5 million (the "existing notes"). The new notes will be issued in minimum denominations and integral multiples of $25.00. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day over-allotment option to purchase up to an additional $6.75 million aggregate principal amount of the new notes.The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to originate or acquire additional mortgage lo
