NEW YORK, Nov. 21, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Ready Capital Corporation (NYSE: RC) ("Ready Capital" or the "Company") today announced that it is commencing an underwritten public offering of additional 6.20% senior notes due 2026 (the "new notes"). The new notes will have the same terms (except with respect to issue date, issue price and the date from which interest will accrue) as, will be fully fungible with and will be treated as a single series of debt securities as, the 6.20% senior notes due 2026 the Company issued on July 22, 2019 in an aggregate principal amount of $57.5 million (the "existing notes"). The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to originate or acquire additional mortgage loans and mortgage-related assets consistent with its investment strategy and for general business purposes. Sandler O'Neill + Partners, L.P. and B. Riley FBR, Inc. are serving as book-running managers for the offering.The existing notes are listed and trade on the New York Sto
