NEW YORK, Dec. 4, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Ready Capital Corporation (NYSE: RC) ("Ready Capital" or the "Company") today announced that it is commencing an underwritten public offering of 6,000,000 shares of common stock. The Company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 900,000 additional shares of common stock. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to originate or acquire the Company's target assets and for general corporate purposes.Morgan Stanley, UBS Investment Bank, Wells Fargo Securities, and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, A Stifel Company are acting as the joint book-running managers for the offering.
