Delivers on Guidance, Expands Operating Margin for Fiscal 2018 and Welcomes Two New Directors to the Board NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ralph Lauren Corporation (NYSE:RL), a global leader in the design, marketing, and distribution of premium lifestyle products, today reported earnings per diluted share of $0.50 on a reported basis and $0.90 on an adjusted basis, excluding restructuring-related, tax reform and other charges, for the fourth quarter of Fiscal 2018. This compared to earnings per diluted share of ($2.48) on a reported basis and $0.89 on an adjusted basis, excluding restructuring-related and other charges, for the fourth quarter of Fiscal 2017. For Fiscal 2018, earnings per diluted share was $1.97 on a reported basis and $6.03 on an adjusted basis, excluding restructuring-related, tax reform and other charges.
