DENVER, June 01, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- RLH Corporation (NYSE:RLH) announced today the appointment of Gary A. Kohn as its Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer effective May 29, 2020. Mr. Kohn brings to Red Lion more than 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, investor relations, treasury and strategy. Mr. Kohn has been serving as a consultant to Red Lion since May 18, 2020. Mr. Kohn will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the Company, including financial planning and analysis, accounting and reporting as well as managing the tax, internal audit, treasury and investor relations functions.
