FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., May 16, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- RAMCO (NYSE:RPT) (the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Trustees declared a second quarter cash dividend of $0.22 per common share at its regularly scheduled Board meeting held on May 10, 2018. The Board also approved a second quarter Series D convertible perpetual preferred share dividend of $0.90625 per share. The dividends, for the period April 1 through June 30, 2018, are payable on July 2, 2018 to shareholders of record on June 20, 2018. RAMCO (NYSE:RPT) is a premier, national publicly-traded shopping center real estate investment trust (REIT) based in Farmington Hills, Michigan. The Company's primary business is the ownership and management of regional town centers, urban-infill properties and neighborhood shopping centers primarily located in 15 of the 40 largest metropolitan markets in the United States.
