STAMFORD, Conn., Nov. 19, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Revolution Lighting Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: RVLT) (“Revolution Lighting” or the “Company”), a global provider of advanced LED lighting solutions, announced today that on November 15, 2018, the Company received a notification from the Nasdaq Stock Market stating that, as a result of not having timely filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2018, the Company is not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), which requires timely filing of periodic financial reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Nasdaq notice has no immediate effect on the listing or trading of the Company’s common stock on the Nasdaq Stock Market. Under Nasdaq’s listing rules, the Company has 60 calendar days from the date of the letter to submit a plan to regain compliance.
