Gross Proceeds of Offering Total $167.1 Million NEWARK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Revance Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: RVNC), a biotechnology company developing botulinum toxin products for use in treating aesthetic and therapeutic conditions (“Revance” or the “Company”), today announced the closing of an underwritten public offering of 6,139,515 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $31.00 per share. In the offering, the Company issued and sold 5,389,515 shares, including the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase 550,806 additional shares of common stock from the Company, and certain stockholders of the Company (the “Selling Stockholders”) sold 750,000 shares, including the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase 250,000 additional shares of common stock from the Selling Stockholders.
