NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Signature Bank (Nasdaq: SBNY), a New York-based full-service commercial bank, announced today the upsize and pricing of its underwritten offering of 2,500,000 shares of common stock at $232 per share. The offering was upsized from the previously announced offering size of 2,100,000 shares of common stock. The Bank has also granted to the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 375,000 additional shares of common stock. The Bank intends to use the proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.Morgan Stanley and BofA Securities are acting as the bookrunners in the offering.
