(“Shoals”) (Nasdaq: SHLS), a leading provider of electrical balance of systems (“EBOS”) solutions for solar, storage, and electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, today announced it has entered into an agreement with Consultoria e Inversiones Hondureñas en Energia S.A.
