The newest location of Boa from Innovative Dining Group (IDG) has debuted at the Grand Canal Shoppes inside the Venetian casino-resort. At a lavish grand opening party on Saturday, guests ate torched A5 Kagoshima wagyu, did caviar bumps, enjoyed baked crab hand rolls and nigiri from sister restaurant Sushi Roku and indulged in Boa wagyu cigars with black garlic and yuzu chili crisp. “Las Vegas has always been a natural fit for BOA,” Lee Maen, founder and co-CEO of IDG (which previously ran Boa at the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace from 2005 to 2012) said in a statement. During the opening party, Maen's reserved table at Boa was loaded with Armand de Brignac Champagne because Las Vegas understands the allure of Ace of Spades.
