STEVENSON, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The securities litigation law firm of Brower Piven, A Professional Corporation, has commenced an investigation into possible breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of state law by the Board of Directors of SteadyMed Ltd. (Nasdaq: STDY) (“SteadyMed” or the “Company”) relating to the proposed buyout of SteadyMed by United Therapeutics Corporation. Under the terms of the agreement, SteadyMed shareholders are anticipated to receive $4.46 per share in cash, with an additional $2.63 per share in cash upon achievement of a certain milestone related to SteadyMed’s Trevyent drug-device combination product for each share of SteadyMed common stock held.
