In the case of a double upgrade -- which is quite rare -- it's hard for investors to ignore the company on the business end of the adjustment. So it was with Akamai Technologies (NASDAQ: AKAM) ; largely due to such a move from a prominent white-shoe investment bank, investors piled into the stock on Monday. It closed the day nearly 4% higher in price. Akamai, a company concentrating on cybersecurity and cloud computing these days, received that double upgrade from Sanjit Singh of Morgan Stanley .
