CEOs need to rip the Band-Aid off when it comes to how artificial intelligence will change their workforces, according to one AI leader. "Very few CEOs in the C-suite have been brave enough to call it — have been brave enough to reach into HR [departments] and say I'm ringing the fire alarm," Writer co-founder May Habib said on Yahoo Finance's Opening Bid Unfiltered podcast (see video above or listen below). "We need to rebuild this organization [because of AI]. We need different people in charge. No one's doing that." Habib added that bravery in the C-suite doesn't mean mass layoffs.
