Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT), Alphabet Inc Class A (NASDAQ:GOOGL) and Amazon.com Inc (NASDAQ:AMZN), is planning to submit formal paperwork with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Monday to launch near round-the-clock trading of U.S. stocks, according to a report from Reuters. The move marks Nasdaq's first formal step toward establishing 23-hour, five-day-a-week trading and comes as major exchanges vie to capitalize on surging global investor demand for U.S. equities.
