The update reflects adjustments to airline coverage estimates, incorporating higher projected fuel costs that were partially offset by slightly stronger revenue expectations. In a similar vein, Jefferies reduced its price target for American Airlines Group Inc. (NASDAQ:AAL) from $15 to $12 on the same day, but it kept the stock's Hold rating.
