It's the latest step in Apple's rapid march toward making chips for all of its key devices. Ternus and Srouji came together for an interview with CNBC in 2023 to tout the company's advancements in silicon. In this article In naming hardware boss John Ternus as its new CEO on Monday, Apple also announced another key promotion that may be almost as significant in gauging the company's direction.
