Thuener is currently Alphabet's vice president, corporate controller ?and chief ?accounting officer. In the past, she has also served ?as a Managing Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, overseeing transaction ?and accounting ?advisory services. "She (Amie) ?will bring ?deep experience in financial reporting, corporate governance, AI-related transactions and leading complex, global organizations," Broadcom President and CEO Hock ?Tan said. Kirsten Spears ?will continue to ?serve ?as an advisor ?for nine months after ?her ?retirement to ensure a smooth transition.
