NORWOOD, Mass., Oct. 31, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Corbus Pharmaceuticals Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: CRBP) (“Corbus” or the “Company”), an oncology and obesity company, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 4,744,231 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $13.00 per share, and, in lieu of common stock to certain investors, pre-funded warrants to purchase 1,025,000 shares of its common stock, at a public offering price of $12.9999 per pre-funded warrant, for a total public offering size of approximately $75 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and estimated offering expenses. The exercise price of the pre-funded warrants is $0.0001 per share. In addition, Corbus has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 865,384 shares of its common stock on the same terms and conditions.
