("Huya" or the "Company") (NYSE: HUYA), a leading game-related entertainment and services provider, today announced its unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, and a special cash dividend for the year 2026.Fourth Quarter 2025 HighlightsTotal net revenues increased by 16.2% to RMB1,738.5 million (US$248.6 million) for the fourth quarter of 2025, from RMB1,495.8 million for the same period of 2024.Game-related services, advertising and other revenues increased by 59.4% to RMB592.5 million (US$84.7 million) for the fourth quarter of 2025, from RMB371.6 million for the same period of 2024.Net loss attributable to HUYA Inc. was RMB117.6 million (US$16.8 million) for the fourth quarter of 2025, compared with RMB172.2 million for the same period of 2024.Non-GAAP net loss attributable to HUYA Inc.[1] was RMB8.4 million (US$1.2 million) for the fourth quarter of 2025, compared with a
