Group raised its price target to $60 from $36 and kept a Market Perform rating, saying server demand is giving the chipmaker a better near-term setup. Bernstein now expects Xeon revenue to grow 36% in 2026, helped by stronger average selling prices and higher margins. It also raised its second-quarter forecast to $12.7 billion in revenue and 15 cents a share, up from 6 cents previously. For full-year 2026, the firm models $53.3 billion in revenue and 82 cents a share, below Street sales expectations but above earnings estimates.
