When every industry wants the same workers Hospitality brands lead the first-ever Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For Southeast Asia , with Hilton , Capella Hotels and Resorts, and Marriott International all landing in the top ten. For U.S.-based Hilton, the challenge is scale. The company opened its 1,000th Asia-Pacific hotel in 2024, backed by a 25% five-year regional compound annual growth rate and a roadmap that includes luxury beach resorts and converted office buildings. If Hilton wants to meet its growth ambitions, it will need to fill at least 30,000 new roles across the region over the next five years.
