FOSTER CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mirum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: MIRM), a biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of novel therapies for debilitating liver diseases, today announced the pricing of its public offering of 2,400,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $20.00 per share. The gross proceeds to Mirum from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses, are expected to be $48.0 million.In addition, Mirum has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 360,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price less underwriting discounts and commissions. The offering is expected to close on January 13, 2020, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.Citigroup, Evercore ISI and Guggenheim Securities are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
