opointid="182" opointattr="0" opointdata=" Netflix's advertising business more than doubled its advertising revenue to $1.5 billion from 2024 to 2025 — and it's on track to keep growing. “We expect that [advertising] business to roughly double again in ‘26 to about $3 billion,” Netflix co-CEO Greg Peters said during an earnings call on Tuesday, hours ahead of its live viewer voting-enabled Star Search event . “We're making good progress, and the opportunity ahead of us is massive.” The jump comes as Netflix's ad-supported streaming subscription continues to grow, with the company's $7.99 per month plan reaching more than 94 million people each month as of May 2025. Netflix aims to launch more AI-powered tools for advertisers this year, building on the format that allows companies to blend their ads with scenes from the streaming service's shows and movies.
