Meta Quest headsets were already able to stream Disney+ content through the browser app, but the dedicated app unlocks a few features for a more complete experience. First up, the Disney+ Meta Quest app supports 4K resolution streaming and HDR, with “over 100 titles” offering that maxed-out quality level. Shows can also be downloaded to the headset, handy for travel use, and there's even an ability you wouldn't get with a high-end TV. IMAX content can be watched in its original aspect ratio. IMAX content comes in 1.90:1 and the extra-tall 1.43:1, requiring some serious black bars, should you try to display such video streams on a normal TV. The Disney+ app only supports the Meta Quest 3, Quest 3S and Quest 2 , with no mention of the Quest Pro on the app store listing.
