Netflix stock is up roughly 6% over the past five days. The standout performance suggests investors are cheering on the streaming giant's plan for aggressive price hikes, a pivot into live sports, and a growing ad business. Goldman Sachs upgraded the stock to a Buy with a $120 price target on Monday. "In our view, [the] NFLX strategy will revert back to 'business as usual' which in practical terms, translates into organic growth, investing in content and scaling their relatively new advertising business," Bank of America analyst Jessica Reif Ehrlich said in a note to clients. Ehrlich added that Netflix stock will be "fueled by continued positive subscriber and earnings momentum in addition to a long runway for advertising and live opportunities."
