Meeting Will Be Held in Virtual-Only Format CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Northern Trust Corporation (Nasdaq: NTRS) announced today a change in location of its 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, scheduled to take place on Tuesday, April 21, 2020, at 10:30 a.m. Central Time. In light of recent public health concerns regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus), the Annual Meeting will be held solely by remote communication, in a virtual-only format.As described in the proxy materials previously distributed in connection with the Annual Meeting, stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 24, 2020, are entitled to participate in the Annual Meeting.
