Appoints Five New Independent Members to the Board Enters into Cooperation Agreement with Elliott MIAMI, March 27, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (the “Company” or “NCLH”) (NYSE:NCLH), a leading global cruise company operating Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, today announced the appointment of five highly qualified members to its Board of Directors and a cooperation agreement reached with Elliott Investment Management L.P. (together with its affiliates, "Elliott"). The appointments reaffirm the Company's commitment to Board refreshment and shareholder value creation.
