If NVDA splits the 25% fee with Chinese hyperscalers via pricing increases, I see net upside rising to about $4.37B–$17.5B per quarter. Even though my model is a very rough estimate, it shows that the NVDA stock upside is material. Adding my model's $11B midpoint to Q4 FY26 $65B midpoint guidance implies $76B revenue, lifting sequential growth from 14% to 33%. Despite risks around timing uncertainty and potential gross-margin pressure if Nvidia absorbs the fee, I reiterate my Strong Buy rating on NVDA stock.
