Comps, margins, and free cash flow are some of the key metrics that have improved in the past 18 months. ROST is a bit pricey, but (1) not unreasonably so relative to history and (2) justifiably so given the strong fundamentals of the company. It has been nearly 18 months and 28% in gains (vs. the retail sector's 24%) since I published my last bullish article on Ross Stores, Inc ( NASDAQ: ROST ).
