(NASDAQ: SIRI) ("SiriusXM") announced today that its subsidiary, Sirius XM Radio LLC (the "Offeror"), has commenced a cash tender offer (the "Offer") to purchase any and all of the Offeror's outstanding 3.125% Senior Notes due 2026 (the "Notes").
