NEW YORK, March 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Sirius XM Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: SIRI) ("SiriusXM") announced today the pricing terms of the previously announced cash tender offer (the "Offer") by its subsidiary, Sirius XM Radio LLC (the "Offeror"), to purchase any and all of the Offeror's outstanding 3.125% Senior Notes due 2026 (the "Notes").
