After a strong first full year on sale in 2024, Cybertruck volume fell sharply in 2025, highlighting how quickly early demand can cool once initial reservation energy fades and mainstream buyers weigh the tradeoffs. The slide steepened at the end of the year, with fourth quarter sales falling from 12,991 in 2024 to 4,140 in 2025, down 68.1 percent. On a volume basis this drop stands out against other EV models, because the Cybertruck was moving meaningful numbers before momentum reversed.
