In a statement, Walmart said it is elevating 3,000 employees to the newly created position of pharmacy operations team lead that will pay up to $28 an hour, with the potential to earn up to $42 an hour. Team leads oversee daily pharmacy operations and support pharmacy managers and pharmacists, Walmart said.
