A global shortage of storage and memory components that has driven prices in the sector to record highs could last until 2028, the analysts wrote. Shares of Seagate rival Western Digital and Micron Technology also climbed. Seagate Technology's stock is surging to fresh highs. One group of analysts thinks the rally can keep rolling.
