Cowen confident on select retail names after ICRCowen analyst Oliver Chen walks away from the ICR conference with confidence that the strong holiday sales in the retail sector will extend into 2018."We believe a healthy consumer and targeted promotions are likely driving broad based improvements vs. strong product trends driving more customers into stores," advises Chen.Within the retail sector, Chen and team lift the price target on Lululemon (LULU-0.3%) to $90 from $78.The PT on American Eagle Outfitters (AEO+1.3%) is nudged up to $20 from $19.The PT on Outperform-rated E.L.F. Beauty (ELF-4.3%) is set at $22.The view on J.Jill (JILL-0.6%) is also positive. "We view JILL as ahead-of-the-game in terms of data, given 97% of their transactions can be matched to a customer," writes Chen.
