BRISBANE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Aimmune Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:AIMT), a biopharmaceutical company developing treatments for potentially life-threatening food allergies, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of up to $150,000,000 of shares of its common stock. All of the shares to be sold in the offering will be offered by Aimmune. In addition, Aimmune expects to grant the underwriters of the offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $22,500,000 of shares of common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
