SANDUSKY, Ohio, Feb. 21, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Civista Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: CIVB) ("Civista") the parent of Civista Bank, announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 1,400,000 of the Civista's common shares at a price to the public of $21.75 per share, for gross proceeds of approximately $30.5 million. The net proceeds to Civista after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses are expected to be approximately $28.5 million. Civista has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 210,000 Civista common shares at the same price and on the same terms and conditions. Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, A Stifel Company, and Sandler O'Neill + Partners, L.P. acted as joint bookrunning managers, and Boenning & Scattergood, Inc. and Hovde Group, LLC acted as co-managers.
