The purchase price is $247.5 million. PRESS RELEASE WESTPORT, Conn., Jan. 18, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — Compass Diversified Holdings (NYSE: CODI) (“CODI” or the “Company”), an owner of leading middle market businesses, announced that on January 18, 2018, it entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Foam Fabricators, Inc. (“Foam Fabricators”) from its owner Warren “Budd” Florkiewicz for a purchase price of $247.5 million (excluding working capital and certain other adjustments upon closing).
