ARMONK, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Cutwater Select Income Fund (NYSE: CSI) (the “Fund”) declared a dividend of $0.265 on September 13, 2013, payable on November 5, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 4, 2013, with a Net Asset Value and New York Stock Exchange ex-dividend date of October 2, 2013 and a comparison date of November 1, 2013. The dividend of $0.265 per share would equate to an annual dividend payment for the last four quarters of $1.06 per share. The Fund's investment objective is to seek a high rate of return from interest income and trading activity. The Fund will also seek capital appreciation by purchasing debt securities at prices that the Fund’s adviser, Cutwater Investor Services Corp., believes are below their intrinsic value.
