ARMONK, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Cutwater Select Income Fund (NYSE: CSI) (the “Fund”) declared a dividend of $0.265 on June 26, 2013, payable on August 27, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 26, 2013, with a Net Asset Value and New York Stock Exchange ex-dividend date of July 24, 2013 and a comparison date of August 23, 2013. The dividend of $0.265 per share would equate to an annual dividend payment for the last four quarters of $1.06 per share. The Fund's investment objective is to seek a high rate of return from interest income and trading activity. The Fund will also seek capital appreciation by purchasing debt securities at prices that the Fund’s advisor, Cutwater Investor Services Corp., believes are below their intrinsic value.
