LOWELL, Mass., Feb. 12, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CSPi (NASDAQ:CSPI), a provider of IT managed services, security solutions and packet capture products, today reported financial results for the first quarter ended December 31, 2017. The Company also announced that its board of directors has voted to pay a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share to shareholders of record February 28, 2018, payable on March 16, 2018. Management Comments “Our strong first quarter performance can be attributed to the ongoing execution of our growth strategy,” said Chief Executive Officer, Victor Dellovo. “We outperformed expectations with increased sales in both our High Performance Products and Technology Solutions divisions in what we expected would be a relatively soft first half of the year due to timing issues.
