Provides Update on Strategic Alternatives Review and CEO Search YELLOWKNIFE, Northwest Territories--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Dominion Diamond Corporation (TSX:DDC, NYSE:DDC) (the “Company” or “Dominion”) today announced that its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders will take place on June 13, 2017. Shareholders as of the record date, which is the close of business on May 11, 2017, will be entitled to vote at the Annual and Special Meeting. Further details of the Annual and Special Meeting will be included in a Management Information Circular, which is expected to be mailed to shareholders on or about May 19, 2017. Update on Strategic Alternatives Review Process As previously announced, the Board of Directors of the Company formed a Special Committee to explore, review, and evaluate a range of potential strategic alternatives focused on maximizing shareholder value. That process is ongoing.
