SAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Draper Oakwood Technology Acquisition, Inc. (NASDAQ: DOTAU, the “Company” or “Draper Oakwood”) announced today that it priced its initial public offering of 5,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit. The units are expected to be listed on The NASDAQ Capital Market (“NASDAQ”) and trade under the ticker symbol “DOTAU” beginning September 15, 2017. Each unit consists of one share of Class A common stock, one half of one warrant, each whole warrant exercisable to purchase one share of Class A common stock at a price of $11.50 per whole share, and one right to receive one-tenth of one share of Class A common stock upon the consummation of the Company’s initial business combination. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A common stock, rights and warrants are expected to be listed on NASDAQ under the symbols “DOTA,” “DOTAR,” and “DOTAW,” respectively.
