ERYTECH's lead product candidate flunks mid-stage AML study; shares off 28% premarketThinly traded micro cap ERYTECH Pharma (Pending:ERYP) slumps28% premarket in response to itsannouncement that its Phase 2b clinical trial evaluating lead candidate GRASPA (eryaspase) for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) failed to achieve the primary endpoint of overall survival.ERYTECH will hold a conference call and webcast on December 11 at 10:00 am ET to discuss the data.GRASPA is the enzyme L-asparaginase, a standard component of chemo for ALL, encapsulated inside donor-derived red blood cells.
