WESTON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Today, Florida Community Bank N.A. (“FCB”) announced an expansion of its ongoing investment in its team members that serve the Florida community. As the largest community banking company and the second largest independent bank in Florida, FCB places great emphasis on enhancing the communities where its customers and employees live and work.
